Life is empty after finishing the final book in the Mistborn Trilogy. I’m excited yet tentative about reading the companion novel.. I’m about 99% sure that it will be amazing, that’s not the issue. I just don’t want to leave this series behind. It’s been so amazing and beautiful and argh! There is nothing quite so painful and empty feeling as finishing an amazing series of books and knowing that nothing is going to be able to give you quite the same level of immersion and enjoyment for a really long time. Possibly forever. *SOB*
